An Unimagineably Powerful Force

I once said that it would take an unimaginabley powerful force to get me to  write a xanga entry ever again. Well, love is that force. I love her, and want all of you to know it.

It's about that time again, kiddies. It's time to update! So here's the news: U Penn fencing camp was nothing short of fantastic. It was wonderful. The people: Steph, Monica, Dianna, Brian, Sketch, Dylan, Alex, Melissa, Eileen, Eric, Max Brumby,Lizz, and Katie were so much fun to hang out with. Gammal, my swarthy Egyptian instructor reminded me of an Arabic carpet salesman. Oh man, I miss them all.

In other news I'm on a quest to get Bloc Party tickets.

Yes, kids, I'm updating! It's been some time, eh? Well in that time I landed a roll in Billy Frank's THE INFLUENCES, I saw two movies, and I became an upstanding young American at New Jersey Boys' State. I will first go more in depth about Billy's film, THE INFLUENCES. I can't say much without spoiling the plot, so all I will mention is the name of my character: Fate. Okay, on to the next aspect of early summer: the two movies. The first, BATMAN BEGINS, was nothing short of fantastic. It is now on my list of favorite movies, listed at number three (#1 is HEAT and #2 is TRAINSPOTTING). The second film, FANTASTIC FOUR, was everything short of fantastic. It was godaweful. To explain my hate for it even more would waste entry time and space. The last part of early summer, Boys' State, was quite interesting. It's a week of seminars and mock government. I had a great time and learned quite a bit about government. To fight the man, you must understand him, so I'm satisfied.

Well, it's been ages since I last updated. I guess that's because there hasn't been anything particularly eventful in my life until last night. Y'see, kiddies, I saw a concert last night that was nothing short of amazing. I saw New Order at the Hammerstein Ballroom with Ross and Bonnie. Oh man, it kicked ass. We were on the floor, so it was easy to see the band. They put so much energy into it. It's so hard to describe how great it was. Opening with "Love Vigilantes" and closing with "Blue Monday" were wise decisions on the bands part. It was a helluva concert rivaling that of Bowie.

It's been a while since I updated, ey? Well, unfortunately the first new entry in a while is not on an incredibly happy note. Y'see, Rene'e and I broke up. Thing is, although I am sad, there's no bitterness. We made a promise to each other to become better friends than we were before, and not to have any bitterness regarding the break-up. No ties are to be severed. No bridges burned. We will still remain friends. I must say, our time together was wonderful. Rene'e is a caring, loving person who was supportive of me during the height of fencing season, and who forgave me during the many times that I found little to talk about. Rene'e, let's not forget the past two months. They were wonderful.
